建议直接复制到自己的路径：
  • cp  -r /home/dddc/zzy/share/modeller ./

### Modeller local version user guide 231226
1.You need to write File 'ref.ali' yourself. Simply replace the protein sequence in it =with the sequence of your own protein.(don't forget the * in the end !!!)
2.In the index file, you need to enter the PDB ID of your template protein.
3.Change the working path of 'do.sh'.
  • 3.conda activate modeller
    • 

  • 4.sh do.sh
Modeling results can be found under the HM_result folder.
